Glycol refractometer testing annually Air Cooled Condenser fluid. The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) services of two (2) York (Johnson Controls) Water Cooled Chillers and two (2) York (Johnson Controls) Air Cooled Chillers at the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC). Work to include quarterly preventive maintenance, annual comprehensive check, refrigerant analysis, vibration analysis, oil sample analysis, and all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
