Posting Date: April 28, 2022 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 Title: NIHCS Ceiling Patient Lift Preventative Maintenance Classification Code: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies NAICS Code: 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire Ceiling Patient Lift Preventative Maintenance for the two (2) locations within NIHCS: Fort Wayne VA Medical Center - 2121 Lake Ave Fort Wayne, IN 46805 Marion VA Medical Center 1700 E 38th Street Marion, IN 46953 The contractor shall provide the OEM recommended Preventative Maintenance (PM) for all of its owned ArjoHuntleigh and Prism patient lifts. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. This is an SDVOSB 100% set-aside. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be April 28, 2022 with a due date of May 6, 2022.
