The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105 is hereby soliciting offers to provide defibrillators for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. The VAAAHS anticipates entering into a fixed price contract with the contractor providing the best value to the Government. This procurement will be conducted using Part 13 of the FAR. This will be a SDVOSB set-aside as the Small Business Administration (SBA) granted a class waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) for Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, Diagnostic equipment, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) manufacturing; Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) medical diagnostic equipment manufacturing; Medical ultrasound equipment manufacturing; MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) medical diagnostic equipment manufacturing; Patient monitoring equipment (e.g., intensive care coronary care unit) manufacturing; PET (positron emission equipment tomography) scanners manufacturing; and Positron emission tomography (PET) scanners manufacturing, NAICS 334510, size standard 1,250 employees. The anticipated issue date is on or around February 3, 2022; the anticipated closing date is on or around February 10, 2022.
