PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, Ohio intends to solicit for Registered Nurse Services for ICU/Step Down, Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Mental Health and Community Living Center, Spinal Cord Injury, COVID-19 Vaccination/Swab units on site in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein to beneficiaries of the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center described herein. The requirement is a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), and the contract period will be for a 6-month base period only. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or about December 13, 2021. The solicitation number is 36C25022Q0095. The procurement is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aide. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
