This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 1/11/22. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Food Service at the Domiciliary Residential Treatment Facility located in Indianapolis, IN. The applicable NAICS Code is 722310 - Food Service Contractors with a size standard of $41.5 Million. The applicable PSC code is S203 - Housekeeping - Food. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 is seeking to procure Food Service at the Domiciliary Residential Treatment Facility located at 9045 East 59th Street, Building 402, Indianapolis, IN. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 14 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance via URL: www.Sam.gov.through Contracting Opportunities.  All responses must be submitted to the contract specialist as listed in the Instructions to Quoter's located in Section E of the solicitation. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this website. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 7th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All quoters must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 722310.
