The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 11/9/21. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for water treatment maintenance for the Boiler/Combined Heating and Power Plants at the VA Medical Center Battle Creek, MI. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The applicable PCS code is Z1NB Maintenance services of Heating and Cooling Plants. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires water treatment maintenance for the Boiler/Combined Heating and Power Plants at the Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents shall be submitted to the contract specialist as listed in the Instructions to Quoter's located in Section E of the solicitation. Solicitation is available on Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 3rd calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All quoters must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 238220.
