The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 12/15/2021. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for cancer registrar services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $35.0 Million. The applicable PCS code is R072 Support Management Data Collection. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires cancer registrar services for the VAMC located in Battle Creek, Michigan. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12, 13 and 16. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 18 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 5th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 518210.
