Kettles VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify all sources that are capable of providing software hosting services for Varian Medical Systems to maintain the servers and back-ups for the period of March 15, 2022 March 14, 2023 with four option years exercisable solely at the discretion of the Government in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. The FullScale System serves the Infrastructure and Support for two Total Linacs, 20 Aria RO Users, five Planning Users, four Calc Eclipse Users, four FAS Servers Hosted, Default Data protection, non-clinical system support, non clinical T-Box system (includes citrix support for up to 5 Users) and one non clinical FAS Server, Hosted in On-Premise Data Center.
