Place of Performance: Primary Place of Performance is Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Period of Performance: Historical Workload Data (Attach D.1): Estimate of the workload to be performed. Draft Performance Work Statement (Attach D.2): A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for offeror reference as appropriate. Draft Evaluation Criteria (Attach D.3): A draft version of the FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS is attached for offeror reference as appropriate.
