Solicitation number 36C25022Q0001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective June 10, 2021. The period of performance is October 1, 2021 September 30, 2022 with four, one-year option periods Place of Performance will be at a vendor facility in Akron, OH The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
