The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Replace Domestic Water and Chilled Drinking Water Piping project (539-21-102). All work shall be completed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The scope of work for the project includes replacing existing gate valves ¾ and larger that are beyond useful life with new ball valves within Building #1 at the Cincinnati VAMC. Contractors are to remove any existing dead legs discovered during work. Sections of existing utilities may need to be manipulated for access to the piping. These utilities were identified to include, but are not limited to, HVAC ductwork, electrical conduit, low voltage wiring, and hydronic piping.
