PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction project Project 610-20-522 Remodel Bldg 51, 1st Floor: It is the intention of the Northern IN VA Medical Center (Marion Campus) to solicit bids for the following: Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to complete the remodel of Building 51. This work will include a complete remodel of all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection on the 1st Floor of Building 51. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. Work to be completed within 105 calendar days from notice to proceed. Justification of Work: This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. with a standard size of $39.5M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided. The VA will issue an IFB on or about 29 April 2022 via www.sam.gov . A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, and the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation.
