STATEMENT OF WORK Replace Roof Project No. 539-21-113 Date: March 1, 2022 The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Replace Roof project (539-21-113.) All work shall be completed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The scope of work involves both repairs to and replacement of the existing roof of Building #1 at the Cincinnati VAMC. Along with roof repair/replacement, this work also involves upgrades to the existing lightning protection system. General construction, electrical and piping work are required. This project may also involve hazardous material abatement where necessary. Due to the location of affected areas, some of this work will have to be scheduled outside of normal facility business hours to address issues such as – for example – limiting construction noise directly above Operating Rooms during surgeries. A full list of requirements and further details are provided in the project drawings and specifications. The above construction Statement of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specifications be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.
