This will include Asbestos and equipment abatement, removal of foundation 24” below basement grade, walls, floor slabs, dirt floors, crawl spaces, debris, and utilities, installation of new asphalt, curbs, sidewalk, signage, and line stripping. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care – Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. Work to be completed within 130 calendar days from notice to proceed. Justification of Work: This project is designed for the demolition of Building 50 due to the existing building conditions at Marion VA.
