MODIFICATION TO THE PREVIOUS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE #36C25021R0128 The purpose of this modification is to make the following corrections to the subject requirement: Section 4e, Evaluation Criteria, Price. The Price subsection is removed from the evaluation factors at this stage. This notice is not requesting pricing data and no evaluation of pricing will be conducted at this stage. All pricing references and pricing language shall be removed from this Pre-Solicitation Notice. Section 4d, Evaluation Criteria, Location. The location evaluation will be based on hours, not miles. Response time shall be within a four (4)-hour window. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
