Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 Interactive Mapping Service for Cincinnati VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Interactive Mapping Service for Cincinnati VAMC NAICS 541370: Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services Place of Performance: Contractor facility and Cincinnati VAMC as necessary for site visit(s) Anticipated Periods of Performance: The periods of performance for base period and all option periods if exercised shall not exceed five (5) years for this contract are summarized as follows: Base Period: The base period shall commence on 28 September 2021 and end upon contractor completion of all required deliverables as specified in this PWS to include but not limited to the interactive map, visitor guide and you are here signs not later than 12-months after award performance start which shall be software as a service (SaaS). The contractor shall notify the government CO and PM notification of the scheduled go live date at least 45 days prior to the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform going live to public in order to give sufficient time to exercise option year one (1) for annual maintenance subscription. The go-live date is the date that the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform is available to the public on the world wide web. Please note that the base period does not include the annual maintenance subscriptions. Option Year One (1) | Annual Maintenance Subscription: The contractor shall provide a one (1) year subscription for the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform and up to 10 hours of changes as defined in this PWS which shall be software as a service (SaaS). The period of performance for this effort shall be one-year from the effective date that this option was exercised (which shall also be considered the go-live date ). Option Year Two (2) | Annual Maintenance Subscription: The contractor shall provide a one (1) year subscription for the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform and up to 10 hours of changes as defined in this PWS which shall be software as a service (SaaS). The period of performance for this effort shall be one-year from the effective date that this option was exercised. Option Year Three (3) | Annual Maintenance Subscription: The contractor shall provide a one (1) year subscription for the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform and up to 10 hours of changes as defined in this PWS which shall be software as a service (SaaS). The period of performance for this effort shall be one-year from the effective date that this option was exercised. Option Year Four (4) | Annual Maintenance Subscription: The contractor shall provide a one (1) year subscription for the interactive mapping desktop/mobile platform and up to 10 hours of changes as defined in this PWS which shall be software as a service (SaaS). The period of performance for this effort shall be one-year from the effective date that this option was exercised. Attachment 1 for Reference: A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for your reference as appropriate.
