RFQ 36C25021Q1108 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 260 E University Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45219, intends to award an open market contract for sole source CellaVision DC-1 product (no substitutions will be considered) to provide Chillicothe Ohio VA Medical Center the additional process of performing blood cell differentials in low-volume laboratories to be used for standardization of instruments for patient care. This supply procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) sole source procurement made under the authority of Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 3304(a)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 621511 Laboratory Equipment and Supplies applies to this procurement and the size standard is 1000 employees. Any authorized vendor representing CellaVision is requested to quote the DC-1 product. It is the Government’s belief a proposed candidate has an authorized letter from CellaVision to sell their DC-1 product so that it is compatible with the current laboratory equipment and associated accessories. The vendor must be available to schedule a visit to the Chillicothe Ohio VA Medical Center at the VAMC’s request. This procurement consists of procuring (1) each of the following items: C72006 CellaVision DC-1 CRRSPR0099 CV Remote Review Pro Ed all version Non exp. USB Key Only (single user) Immersion Oil 50 m This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Supporting evidence and a quotation must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance. Information must be sent electronically to dwight.petsche@va.gov. Any responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government as to whether to award the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 48 hours of publication or by September 9, 2021 at 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time to be considered.
