This presolicitation/synopsis notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 requiring dissemination of information for presolicitation notices. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to release a solicitation (RFQ) for a new double-sided LED sign, installation, and removal of existing sign for the VA Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This presolicitation is being issued for informational purposes only. The VA anticipates entering into a fixed price contract with the contractor providing the lowest price technically acceptable quote. This procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 13. NAICS Code is 339950, size standard is 500 employees. The anticipated issue date is 1 September 2021; the anticipated closing date is 9 September 2021. This will be a total small business set-aside.
