The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 8/18/21. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Uniform Rental and Laundry Services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC) Battle Creek, Michigan. The applicable NAICS Code is 812331 Laundries, linen and uniform supply with a size standard of $35 Million. The applicable PCS code is S209 Housekeeping-laundry/dry-cleaning. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Uniform Rental and Laundry Services at the BCVAMC. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12, 13. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through BetaSam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 3rd calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. Site visit information, if any will be included in the solicitation. All quoters must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 562111.
