This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 Market Research, to conduct market research. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or guarantee to issue a solicitation in the future. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541430 Graphic Design Services Small Business Size Standard - $8 Million Product Service Code is T099 Photo/Map/Print/Publication Purpose and Objectives This Request for Information is issued by VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Dayton, OH for the purpose of collecting information about an Interactive Map Wayfinding System (including website/mobile access) with annual maintenance/updates for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The VA is seeking a contractor to provide for this requirement as soon as practical upon award with installation no later than 6 months after the award date. A draft copy of the SOW is attached. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs Battle Creek VA Medical Center 5500 Armstrong Road Battle Creek, MI 49037 Responses: Please submit your response in accordance with the following instructions: a) Responses shall be no more than 5 pages in length. b) Responses are due by 8/2/2021 at 4:00 PM EDT. c) Responses shall be submitted via email. d) Emails cannot exceed 10 mb. e) Subject line of the Email shall include this Request for Information Number Firm Name Battle Creek Interactive Wayfinding. f) If your response contains proprietary information you will place Proprietary Information in front of the Request for Information Number. g) No marketing materials are allowed as part of this Request for Information. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
