The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 7/30/2021. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for CHP Device Inventory Services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The applicable PCS code is H199 Quality Control - Miscellaneous. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires CHP Device Inventory services for the VAMC located in Battle Creek, Michigan. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12, 13. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 10 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through BetaSam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer (CO) no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 4th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit, as site photos are included in the solicitation.
