The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 339112 (Aisys CS2Anesthesia System). Responses will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this source s sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this source s sought notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office-10, in support of the VISN 10 Surgical Department located at 1480 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 is seeking authorized Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB s), Small Business or Large Business manufacturer distributors that can provide Anesthesia System. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought and no contract will be directly awarded based on this source sought. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought shall be voluntary. To respond to this source s sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and you may include a brief 1-2-page capabilities statement. STATEMENT OF WORK The VISN 10 Surgical, located in Indianapolis, IN is requiring replacement of sixteen (16) CS2 Anesthesia Systems that are presently in operation at this location. The primary requirement of this procurement is for the VISN 10 Surgical Department to purchase the system that only vaporizers on GE s Aisys CS2 anesthesia system which can also alert the clinician when running low on anesthetic agent drugs. Please complete spreadsheet of line items on Attachment A and return with your response. All operational software includes training for OEM operation up to four (4) VA employees.
