The purpose of this SS is to conduct Market Research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business or large business) relative to NAICS Code 335110. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is conducting market research to determine if there are firms capable of providing the following requirements. Carefully consider the following prior to submitting your interest in this requirement. ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT 0001 16.00 EA Ultraviolet Sanitizer including initial set of bulbs, one set of additional replacement bulbs, stationary metal stand, hand sanitizer mount for stand, three-year warranty, remove setup and tech support and freight. The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System requires sixteen (16) Ultraviolet Sanitizer for use at the Medical Center and CBOCs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Ultraviolet Sanitizer allows staff, patients and visitors to sanitize their personal items such as phones, tablets, communication and ID badges while they wash or sanitize their hands by using the mounted hand sanitizer dispenser that is included with the device. In addition to personal items, the Ultraviolet Sanitizer device allows clinicians to sanitize reusable medical equipment (RME) which includes but is not limited to stethoscopes, thermometers, glucometers, reflex hammer and telemetry packs. This helps improve hand hygiene and reduce the risk of hospital acquired infections and cross-contamination. This intuitive solution can be placed in reception areas, employee lounges and other high traffic areas around the Medical Center.
