Special Notice: Pre-Solicitation Notice The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, P.O. Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the Fertilization of the Grounds of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48602. The NAICS Code 561730, size standard $6.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contract shall provide Fertilization of the Grounds at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. The period of performance is twelve months after the date of award with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management Site (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov Potential bidders should register at https://fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation.
