The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 4/02/2021. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for complete grounds maintenance services for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) Fort Wayne, IN campus. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730 Landscaping Services with a size standard of $8 Million. The applicable PCS code is S208 Housekeeping-Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires grounds maintenance services for the VAMC located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12, 13 and 16. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through BetaSam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 5th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit, a site map is included in the solicitation. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561730. This is an Unrestricted Solicitation with sub-contracting possibilities.
