The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 3/5/2021. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Repair and Replacement of Elevator Button services for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS). The applicable NAICS Code is 238290 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The applicable PCS code is J056. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) and NIHCS Engineering Department require the replacement of hall and elevator call buttons to be replaced for 3 elevators in accordance with the Solicitation at the Fort Wayne, Indiana campus. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 & 13. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation to determine the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Beta.Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 pm, Eastern Time on 3/9/2021 via email. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There shall be no extensions to the closing date and time of the posted solicitation. This is a 100% VIP verified SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. Quoters shall provide their VIP registration and certification letter when submitting a quote for consideration. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current and accurate in SAM with the listed NAICS code in their Representations and Certifications.
