This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-04. (see below) __________ GRAND TOTAL __________ Custom Stainless-Steel Countertop: The counter shall be made of 16 gauge-304 stainless-steel. It should be at least 66.5 inches in length and adjoin the model 244-122 and 244-182 together without seams. The counter shall include 4" (10.2 cm) backsplash and .5" (1.3 cm) spill proof lip. The width should be the minimal width, provided that the cabinets are completely covered with the counter and maintain functionality. The minimal width of the counter should be estimated from the width of CLINS 0001 and 0002 (identified by the model numbers). The depth (thickness) of the countertop should be at consistent at all levels of the countertop and even. The hole cut outs should be towards rear of counter and dropped down to appropriate waste storage area below of cabinet 244-122 with a round cover shielding, commensurate with the stainless-steel countertop color and effectiveness. Due to location of cabinet the generator pull-out drawer on 244-182 needs to be reversed and located on furthest most right of cabinet. All components MUST be delivered, and contractor must begin installation on the same day. The VA expects all work to be completed no later than 14 weeks after receipt of order. Prices must include all costs, including but not limited to delivery, fabrication, and installation.
