Questions and answers: Can you please post a copy of any review completed by the State Historic Preservation Officer and any other federal agency review of the project and the sites so that we can see what, if any, data is lacking or if there are any other issues that must be addressed. All issues that need to be addressed are contained in the statement of work. Successful completion, submission, and acceptance of the OAI forms and HABS documentation are what s required of the Dayton VAMC. Do you have any maps made of the archaeological sites or has the SHPO indicated that the sites will need to be mapped utilizing a total station? All archaeological maps we have are contained in the 2014 Archaeological Resource Survey. Can you check with your historic preservation staff or archaeologists to see if any shape files were prepared of the site locations and the site configurations?  All data we currently have on the sites is contained in the 2014 Archaeological Resources Survey
