In accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, this is a sources sought to determine the availability of potential sources/vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to provide Phlebotomy Services for the Veteran Health Indiana (VHI) at its Brownsburg Indiana location at 557 Pit Road, Brownsburg, IN 46112. Services required are four (4) phlebotomists and one (1) supervisor initially with growth potential of up to a total of seven (7) phlebotomists, Monday through Friday 8 hours per day for an estimated 16,640 hours per year. All interested contractors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including, commercial market information. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This requirement is for a one-year base with four one-year options. The anticipated period of performance: 10/1/2021 through 9/30/2022.
