Veteran Health Indiana has a requirement for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employee and employee dependents affiliated with all its locations. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is January 1, 2021 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about December 10, 2020. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.beta.sam.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
