The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 12/15/2020. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Tele-Town Hall Telecommunication Services for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS). The applicable NAICS Code is 517919 with a size standard of $35 Million. The applicable PCS code is DG11. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) requires tele-town hall services for the entire NIHCS catchment area. The award is being procured through FAR Part 16.5. The award will be based on the quote that provides for the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 8 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Beta.Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 pm, Eastern Time on 12/18/2020 via email. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There shall be no extensions to the closing date and time of the posted solicitation.
