This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 3140 Governor s Place Blvd Suite 210, Kettering, OH, 45409 to identify sources that can provide a Ligature-Resistant Surface Mounted Behavioral Wall Shower for the Northern Indiana Health Care System, 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN, 46953. STATEMENT OF NEED Ligature-Resistant Surface Mounted Behavioral Wall Shower The NIHCS has a requirement for a brand name or equal for Ligature-Resistant Surface Mounted Behavioral Wall Shower (25). VA plumbers will install new devices in 185 1B acute psyche. Working within the directives required in house to install these units. Wall shower needs to have a ligature resistant temperature valve, ligature resistance push buttons, flow rate of 2.5 GPM, and a ligature resistant shower head.
