The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 9/28/2020. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Offerors for Floor Mat services for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS). The applicable NAICS Code is 812332 with a size standard of $41.5 Million. The applicable PCS code is S299. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) Floor Mat services for NIHCS two main campuses and two VA clinics within the state of Indiana. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 & 13. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation to determine the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 12 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Beta.Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than 1:00 pm, Eastern Time on 10/7/2020 via email. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There shall be no extensions to the closing date and time of the posted solicitation.
