Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: URGENCY of need. VHA Directive 1810 mandated the replacement of the boiler O2 sensors. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Market research was conducted to locate a vendor who was an authorized Cleaver Brooks service/repair contractor and was able to complete the repairs in the time frame required by VHA Directive 1810.
