STATEMENT OF WORK Project 539-21-210, Reconfigure 2nd Floor Waiting and Check-in The Contractor shall complete the work included to complete the project Reconfiguration of the 2nd Floor Waiting and Check-In areas in Building B1, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. Work includes general construction, alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings. Work includes constructing a new Radiology Check-in and renovating a portion of the existing Radiology Waiting area. A new office, reading room, and greeter station is to be constructed. An unfinished room is to be renovated into a shared breakroom. All corridor remodel finish work is to be done during off hours. The existing Nuclear Medicine area will be renovated for a shared Check-in area for Nuclear Medicine and Cardiology. Various rooms will be remodeled and repurposed as shown in the drawings. Building 1 will be occupied during performance of work; but the immediate areas of alterations will be vacated.
