Page 2 of 2 Page 2 of 2 MODIFICATION TO PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR: Provide Temperature and Humidity Controls to Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Storage THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB) ONLY The purpose of this modification is to provide notice of the following changes: The duration of the project is modification from 120 calendar days to 210 calendar days from the contractor s receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Therefore, the new duration of this project is 210 calendar days from contractor s receipt of NTP. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Questions shall be emailed to Angie.Carpenter@va.gov. The CO cannot guarantee that a response to e-mailed questions will be received.
