The contractor shall provide fuel tank testing, bottom cleaning and filtering of 20 diesel tanks and Cold weather lab testing for the two (2) 30,000 gallon above ground tanks. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be September 18, 2020 with a due date of September 25, 2020.
