This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25020Q0750 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective May 6, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small business and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 561621. The period of performance is July 1, 2020 June 30, 2021 with four, one-year option periods with performance at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, , FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
