The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 6/30/2020. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Offerors for complete janitorial services for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) St Joseph County VA Clinic requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a size standard of $18 Million. The applicable PCS code is S201 Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires complete janitorial services for the VA Clinic located in Mishawaka, IN. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 & 13. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation to determine the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 14 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Beta.Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 7th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There shall be no extensions to the closing date and time of the posted solicitation. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current and accurate in SAM.
