Statement of Work: PURPOSE: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to develop a firm fixed price, brand name only purchase order to be used by Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CLE VAMC) for Laborie Urodynamic system. SCOPE OF SERVICE: The contractor shall provide requested equipment, training aids, and accessories. OBJECTIVE: The Laborie Aquarius LT Urodynamic system is a state-of-the-art urodynamic system that can provide all necessary urodynamic parameters. This machine is essential for diagnosing urological voiding dysfunction in both normal and spinal cord injured patients. It plays an essential role in urological management of patients with voiding dysfunction. REQUIREMENTS/TASKS: This is a brand name only solicitation for a Laborie Urodynamic system, salient characteristics as follows: LA-AQUARIUS LT AQUARIUS LT - Aquarius LT System Shall run using a laptop PC and Bluetooth remote control Shall be able to successfully integrate with Vista and CPRS systems Shall be validated with documentation for T-DOC air-charged catheters Shall use color inkjet printer Shall have video capability to a Fluoro Xray Transducer calibration shall be software controlled Shall have Folding commode chair, Radiotransparent commode chair or uroflowmeter stand Shall have Built-in H2O infusion pump Contractor shall provide onsite education to all Urodynamics clinicians, Sterile Processing Service Technicians, and Operating Room staff. All warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Contractor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Quote must be good for 90 calendar days after close of this Combined Synopsis Solicitation. This solicitation is brand name only.
