The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, & Air-Conditioning Size Standard - $16.5 Million Product Service Code is J041 Maintenance, Repair, & Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Air Circulating Equipment Purpose and Objectives This Sources Sought Notice is issued by VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Indianapolis, IN for the purpose of collecting information about Cooling Tower and Holding Tank Cleaning and Maintenance for the Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS). The VA is seeking a contractor to provide for this project who can provide and complete services within 30 days of award of a contract. A draft copy of the SOW is attached. Contractor shall provide if they plan to sub-contract all or part of the work. If firm will sub-contract provide the company name, address, phone, email and duns number. Describe what portion of the work will be performed by the sub and what portion of the work will be performed by your firm. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
