Page 2 of 2 In accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research, this is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of potential sources/vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to provide Emergency Residential Services (Health Care to Homeless Veterans (HCHV)) for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The Indianapolis VAMC is seeking potential contractors in Marion County who can provide housing, and supportive services to homeless Veterans in community-based facilities offering a safe and secure environment that supports their goals for recovery from homelessness. The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award, plus the possibility of four 12-month option periods. The proposed NAICS Code is 623220, Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities ($16.5 Million). All interested contractors are invited to respond as this information may be used to determine potential set asides for the above noted services. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow up information.
