The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to GSA eBUY, RFQ 36C25020Q0570, on or about May 28, 2020 and intends to award a single-award FSS BPA for 2.95 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Medical Officer of the Day (MOD) Physician Services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, (BCVAMC), 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR part 8, NAICS Code 561320, size standard $27.0 million, set aside 100% to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s) on GSA Schedule 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services, SIN 621-001 (Physician General and Family). This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 8, there are Two Open Market Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for lodging and travel for Physicians. The 2.95 FTE MOD Physicians shall be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Primary Care Physicians services shall be provided at the BCVAMC.
