SCOPE: Contractor shall furnish (including packaging, transportation, manifests, and reports) all radiopharmaceuticals listed in the schedule of supplies to the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Nuclear Medicine Hot Laboratory, Rm. C3503, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201 in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and performance work statement. A single award indefinite delivery requirements contract is being contemplated. It is anticipated the period of performance will include a base 12-month period and two (2) 12-month option periods. The quantities of supplies and services specified in the Schedule are estimates only and will not be purchased by the awarded contract.
