This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify all sources that are capable of providing emergency courier services of N95 masks for decontamination to and from a contractor site in West Jefferson, Ohio and the various VISN 10 sites. VISN 10 encompasses eleven medical centers throughout the states of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Locations include VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Battle Creek VAMC, Chillicothe VAMC, Cincinnati VAMC (Ft. Thomas division), Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, Chalmers P. Wylie Columbus VAACC, Dayton VAMC, John D. Dingell Detroit VAMC, Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VAMC, VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, and Aleda E. Lutz Saginaw VAMC. Details regarding outpatient clinics can be found at https://www.visn10.va.gov/. Performance is anticipated to begin within the next two weeks. At this time, it is not known how frequently or for how long the courier services will be needed.
