The Period of Performance for the base year of the contract would start from 7-01-2020 through 6-30-2021. The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 493110. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a multi-year firm-fixed-price contract.
