The Nurse Practitioner MOD will be the sole provider on duty during the prescribed hours of coverage and shall have experience with providing care to residents who need geriatric, medical, and/or mental health care. The NP and must have a current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the Unites States or the District of Columbia. The contractor shall propose adequate key personnel/FTEE to be credentialed, privileged, and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the resultant contract.
