This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25020Q0343 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective January 15, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small business and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 515210. The CLINS associated with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are contained within the attached SF1449. For extended descriptions, characteristics, and minimum needs please refer to the attached. The period of performance is five years from the date of award (anticipated 04/01/2020 03/31/2025) with performance at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, , FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
