The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to SAM.BETA.GOV on or about February 28, 2020 and intends to award multiple award, firm fixed price, IDIQ contracts for Residential Substance Abuse Services within the county limits of Wayne, Oakland or Macomb counties, State of Michigan, USA, for beneficiaries of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. NAICS Code 624221, size standard $11.0 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5. The contractor shall provide therapeutic and rehabilitative services to male veterans above room and board but do not require skilled nursing services such as provided in skilled nursing facilities. Period of performance shall be Five (5) ordering periods, Period of Performance April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2024 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
