This sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing residential substance abuse treatment services to veterans who are beneficiaries of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center,4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan, 48201, (JDDVAMC). The contractor shall provide residential substance abuse services in a community-based, residential environment with sufficient therapeutic services to meet the needs of those Veterans. The VA is soliciting proposals from Contractors who can offer a safe and secure environment that supports the Veterans rehabilitation goals. The Contractor will be required to provide therapeutic and rehabilitative services to veterans above room and board but do not require skilled nursing services such as provided in skilled nursing facilities. The focus involves the care, treatment and rehabilitative services to veterans suffering substance use disorders. Facility to be located within the county limits of Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb, Michigan. Type of Contract: Multiple Award, IDIQ. Period of performance: Base Period of six months with Four (4) One (1) year options.
